Returns & Refunds.

Returns are accepted within 14 days in line with UK consumer regulations. However, Items must be returned in their original condition. Return cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Sealed Products - Must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged & unopened.

• Single Cards - Must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Damaged packages:

If your parcel arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the following:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• You must provide photo evidence of the damage.

• The product must not have been used, opened (Sealed products), or tampered with.

Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Errors:

Ardor-TCG is not responsible for manufacturer or production errors. This includes cards damaged during production as well as a lower-than-stated number of cards or hits. These issues will need to be brought to the attention of the product's manufacturer instead. We will provide you with contact information for the appropriate manufacturer to help resolve your issue.

How to request return/refund:

Contact us at contact@ardortcg.co.uk with the following:

• Recipients Name

• Order Number

• Photos of damaged goods

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not follow any of the above.

Delivery Methods:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Day Service)

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Day Service)

• DPD Next Working Day (Mon-Friday Service)

Handling:

All of our cards are sent sleeved in top-loaders or semi-rigid card holders. They are then securely packaged in bubble mailers. Tracked as standard to ensure your cards reach you in a safe & timely manner.

Same day dispatch on orders before 2pm Mon - Fri (Excludes Bank Holidays). After this time we will ship the next working day.

Playing Card Conditions:

Near Mint (NM): Cards show minimal wear and whitening, such as slight edge wear or a couple of minor scratches, but overall look nearly un-played.

Lightly Played (LP): Cards may have minor edge wear, scuffs, or scratches. Noticeable imperfections are acceptable, but none should be severe.

Moderately Played (MP): Cards can exhibit edge wear, surface wear, and minor bends or creases. Some imperfections are acceptable as long as they do not impact the card's structural integrity.

Good (G): Cards may have multiple creases, rounded corners, and moderate wear. They are still playable but show significant signs of use.

Fair (F): Cards are heavily worn, possibly with tears or paper loss. They are often used as placeholders in collections.

Poor (P): Cards are in very bad condition, with severe creases, missing corners, or significant damage. They are typically not collectible.

Recommended for ages 6+. Possibility of containing small parts. Keep out of reach of children.
