Our shipping costs are competitive, and we handle each package with care to provide the best service possible. If you have any questions about our shipping methods, rest assured that we are here to assist you.
We also want to keep you informed about all shipping updates. You can track your order through our website once your package has shipped, so you’ll never be left wondering when your prized cards will arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ardor-TCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your collectible, we offer a straightforward return policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make this process as simple as possible. However, Items must be returned in their original condition.

 

Sealed Products - Must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged & unopened. 

 

Single Cards - Must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Damaged packages:
If your parcel arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the following:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must provide photo evidence of the damage.
The product must not have been used, opened (Sealed products), or tampered with.

 

Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Errors:
Ardor-TCG is not responsible for manufacturer or production errors. This includes cards damaged during production as well as a lower-than-stated number of cards or hits. These issues will need to be brought to the attention of the product's manufacturer instead. We will provide you with contact information for the appropriate manufacturer to help resolve your issue.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not follow any of the above.
